This traditional Chinese ink on paper artwork was suffering from yellowing and mould spots throughout the surface area of the artwork. We were tasked with cleaning the work and remounting onto a fresh backing and keeping it in a scroll format.
The work was thoroughly cleaned and restored to an almost original state. You may view various before and after images below.
