Asian Art Platform was engaged to support restoration of various artworks and sculptures at a prestigious hotel location in Singapore. One of the outdoor sculptures in particular was a steel sculpture by Arik Levy.
The metal sculpture exhibited signs of heavy rusting typical of this material in an outdoor setting. There was also a significant amount of moss growth in the areas not exposed to sunlight. Finally, vegetation was also observed growing around the base and internal sections of the sculpture which needed to be removed.
