This wooden sculpture was suffering from general surface dirt and mould which couldn't easily be removed. As you can see in the photos below the general tone of the wood is subdued. We were engaged to clean the sculpture, restore it, and provide additional protection to ensure the ongoing care of the sculpture.

You can see how prior to restoration the wooden sculpture is dull in tone and has some evidence of mould growth.
After
The wooden sculpture has been cleaned of all surface dirt and mould and coated with a protective and restorative wood oil giving it a fresh, new like finish.
